They pride themselves on strong client relationships, clear processes, and guiding clients from initial interest right through to contract completion and handover.

Role:

Our client is seeking a meticulous and client-focused Building Sales Consultant to manage the full sales lifecycle – from first-time show-home visitors, through design consultations and contract completion, to final handover with operations. • Ensure displayed pricing, specifications, and brochures are current and accurate.
  • Represent the company at display stands and marketing events as required.
  • For clients moving into design/ build (CREATE process): gather client/site/budget details, complete costing, manage scheme-plan deposit process, record all data in HubSpot, produce specification documentation, and coordinate with QS and Regional Manager for approvals.
  • Guide clients through design selection and specification choices, complete required applications (e.g. Create App 1 & 2), prepare schedules of fittings, and deliver full documentation (plan, contract, schedule) for client review and signature.
  • Manage contract sign-offs, deposit collection, digital documentation uploads, and confirm completeness once agreement is accepted.
  • For build-contract clients (COLOUR process / House & Land): present contract, explain process and timelines, manage council-lodgement paperwork, follow up outstanding documents, coordinate pre-construction meetings, and hand over to operations team upon consent.
  • Handle variation requests (plan or product changes), present and capture client approvals, ensure updates are uploaded to HubSpot, and update documentation accordingly.
  • Collect and verify all information required for Sale & Purchase Agreements (client details, signatures, deposit, BCI form) and submit to Regional Manager.
  • Manage and track sales pipeline to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Participate in sales and operations meetings as required; monitor and manage pre-consent timeframes to avoid delays.
  • Maintain accurate records, follow company sales processes, and deliver high-quality client service from first contact to handover.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Proven sales experience – ideally in home-building, construction, real-estate, or related industries.
  • Strong organisational skills; capable of managing detailed administrative tasks, CRM entry, documentation, timelines and follow-up.
  • Excellent communication and client-service skills; able to build trust, explain complex processes and guide clients through decisions.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and managing a full sales pipeline – from lead generation, through to contract completion and handover.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively in a dynamic, target-driven environment.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base retainer ($60,000-$80,000) + attractive uncapped commission.
  • Full-lifecycle sales responsibility – giving you direct control over outcomes and income potential.
  • Structured support and systems (CRM / Hub process) to manage leads, documentation, and follow-ups.
