As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll play a key role in helping customers get the most out of their 4WDs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Selling 4×4 parts and accessories in-store, online, and over the phone
- Preparing accurate quotes, invoices, and sales documentation
- Managing online enquiries and processing website orders
- Coordinating fitting and installation jobs with the workshop team
- Receiving, unpacking, and dispatching goods (including unloading deliveries)
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-presented retail and stock area
- Providing expert product advice and delivering outstanding service at every interaction
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings enthusiasm, initiative, and a genuine interest in 4x4s. Ideally, you’ll have:
