We’re looking for motivated and physically fit labourers to assist in a wide range of civil-construction tasks – from groundwork and earthworks to site-preparation, concrete works and general labour support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with site preparation, earthworks, trenching, and digging
  • Mix, pour, and finish concrete for paths, driveways, footings, crossings and other structures
  • Erect, dismantle, and maintain temporary works, scaffolding, barricades, and formwork
  • Assist machine operators or tradespeople as needed (e.g. loading/unloading materials, shifting materials, clearing site)
  • Maintain a clean and safe worksite; clear debris, remove hazards, and follow health & safety procedures
  • Work in a team to complete tasks efficiently and be flexible to adapt to project needs or changing duties

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in civil or commercial construction (advantageous but not strictly required)
  • Physically fit, capable of heavy lifting and working outdoors for long hours in varying weather
  • Ability to follow instructions carefully, work well in a team, and communicate clearly
  • A valid driver’s licence / reliable transport may be required
  • Willingness to comply with all workplace health and safety protocols, and wear appropriate PPE
  • Can pass pre-employment drug test

We are on the lookout for someone experienced in the preparation and sandblasting of industrial equipment. This role will be acting as a key member in our client’s business, and the ideal candidate will have the ability to work on their own and alongside a team.

What You’ll Do

As an Abrasive Blasting Operator, you’ll:

  • Operate blasting equipment to remove rust, paint, dirt, and other materials from surfaces and prepare them for coatings or further processing
  • Follow safe work procedures and maintain equipment for efficient, high quality results
  • Work both independently and as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines
