Day to day:

  • You will be involved with project planning and delivery
  • Building and maintaining key customer relationships

  • Allocating work to the tech team for design and drafting
  • Liaising with contract and design engineers
  • Generating requests of information and communicating these to the client/engineer

Our ready-mix concrete client is searching for a welder/fabricator to work in their workshop on a temporary to permanent basis. You will primarily weld and assemble parts (i.e. mixer bowls) on to trucks and complete repairs on various machinery. This is a Mon – Fri role and the working hours are 7:30am to 4pm.

Responsibilities for this role include:

  • Welding Mixer bowls, ladders and other components on trucks
  • Follow safe work practices
  • Fabricate new or replacement parts
  • Use of various power tools
