Abrasive Blasting Operator

We are on the lookout for someone experienced in the preparation and sandblasting of industrial equipment. This role will be acting as a key member in our client's business, and the ideal candidate will have the ability to work on their own and alongside a team.

What You'll Do

As an Abrasive Blasting Operator, you'll:

• Operate blasting equipment to remove rust, paint, dirt, and other materials from surfaces and prepare them for coatings or further processing
• Follow safe work procedures and maintain equipment for efficient, high quality results
• Work both independently and as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience operating blasting or surface preparation equipment
• A strong focus on safety and attention to detail
• Good teamwork skills and a positive work ethic
• Physically fit and comfortable performing manual tasks on site

Hours of work

Mon to Fri 7am start

Pay - $28 to $30 per hour
