Office Administrator

We're looking for a reliable, organised, and detail-focused Office Administrator based in Mount Maunganui to support our client's day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and possesses strong technical and administrative skills.
The role starts in early 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurate and efficient data entry across multiple systems
- General secretarial duties, including correspondence, filing, scheduling, and office coordination
- Basic accounting tasks, including invoicing, reconciliations, and assisting with accounts payable/receivable
- Confident use of Infusion software for processing, reporting, and customer/service administration
- Supporting management and team members with administrative needs
- Maintaining office supplies, documentation, and internal processes
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
- High attention to detail and strong time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Working knowledge of accounting processes
- Experience with Infusion Business Software
- Proficiency in MS Office and general computer systems

Role Details
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
- Pay Rate: $34 - $36 per hour (based on experience)
