Production Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced production supervisor for our plastics client based in Tauriko. This is a full-time position.

Primarily you will be overseeing and managing the production team and ensuring compliance in health and safety, quality control and production output.

Hours of work are as follows:

Monday to Friday

2pm to 11pm

Starting pay rate $30/hr + $1.50 night shift allowance per hour

Key skills and responsibilities:

• Demonstrated supervisory and leadership skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Good attention to detail

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to complete reports and logs

• Train and manage production employees on assigned shifts

• Oversees the daily workflow and assignments of the production shift

• Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations

• Maintain knowledge of processes and equipment

• Ensure paperwork is completed and signed correctly

• Build staff knowledge on the operation of machines
