Receptionist | Office Admin (workshop)

Our client, located in Tauriko, operates a workshop specializing in the automotive industry. They are seeking a versatile superstar to provide support in the office and reception areas. We are looking for someone proactive and proficient with computers. You will be working closely with the owner and independently.

This is a temporary position that will suit someone seeking consistent hours.

Responsibilities:

- Customer service

- Answering phone calls

- Stock ordering

- Managing creditors and debtors

- Banking reconciliation

- Sending statements

- Scheduling

- Quoting repairs

- Checking emails

Requirements:

- Familiarity with Xero

- Strong prioritization skills and attention to detail

- A proactive, flexible approach with a positive attitude

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM

Pay - Highly competitive
